Please allow 15 business days for delivery from the time of purchase. Orders will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Order status information will be provided via email. If products are on backorder, we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by email.
Upon order confirmation, please ensure your shipping address is accurate, including the recipient's first and last name, apartment or suite number (if applicable), and correct zip code. Resource Innovations is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.

Lost or Stolen Shipments
Resource Innovations will not reship shipments that are lost or stolen.
If you do not receive your package, contact the carrier. If they cannot locate your shipment or assist you, our customer service team can guide you on how to file a claim to recover the value of your lost order. We also recommend filing a police report for the lost shipment.
